One of my favorite finds in American Fork is Shirley's Bakery. They have melt in your mouth rolls. They also have a wonderful selection of cinnamon rolls, breads, cookies, pastries and more.
Their cinnamon rolls come in several flavors like cinnamon, raspberry, and blueberry. They also give you a choice of cream cheese or vanilla frosting. If you need bread goods-- look no further.

Things you need to know...
1. There are two locations. One in Provo and one in American Fork (right by Target).
2. They sell out pretty quickly. I'd hit it in the morning for the biggest selection
3. You will be tempted to buy one of everything.
4. They have samples out. If you eat it-- you will want to buy more. I promise.
