The Foundry Grill at Sundance

We tried the Foundry Grill at Sundance this weekend.  The food was really good.
If you appreciate good food, but you'd like to stay casually dressed, this is a great place.  The atmosphere was casual.  It was the perfect place to eat, chat, and enjoy.

This is a view from the inside.  It's rustic, cozy and very inviting.
This was the iceberg salad with blue cheese.  It was my favorite part of the meal.
This is their rotisserie pork with apricot glaze.
This is the fillet minon.  It was cooked to perfection, exactly how I ordered it.

Things you need to know...

1.  The Foundry Grill is located inside Sundance Resort up Provo Canyon.

2.  The prices were $25-40 per plate.  Salads and soups were separate and ran $6-8 each.  Dessert was also $6-8 each.  Their selections of home made ice cream was divine.

3.  You can take children there, but it is defiantly geared towards adults.  There is not a kid's menu.

4.  If you are looking for a quiet romantic dinner without getting too fancied up, this would be perfect.  After dinner we took a stroll around the grounds and it is gorgeous up there.  It made for a perfect evening.

I love the Foundry Grill. It is my favorite place to go on a date with my hubby. Love that the menu is seasonal and everything I've ever had there is delicious! By the way, they do have a kids menu. We've taken our kids there before and they loved it as well.
